As we deal with fragile and handcrafted items (like Blue Pottery), please read our policy carefully:
1. Returns and Exchanges
- Handcrafted Nature: Please note that since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, size, and design are natural and are not considered defects.
- Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Broken Items (Crucial)
Since pottery is fragile, we take extreme care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Proof: Please email us at support@thecobalthomes.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging.
- Once verified, we will send a free replacement or initiate a full refund.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
4. Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Items on “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
