• Standard Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from our studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Tracking Details: As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier link will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Packaging & Transit Safety

Fragile blue pottery items require special care. We use multi-layered shock-absorbing materials, custom cushioning, and heavy-duty box packaging designed specifically for ceramic protection during transit.

3. Shipping Timelines & Charges

• Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days post-dispatch depending on the delivery PIN code.
• International Shipping: Delivery takes 8–14 business days. Customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges applicable in the destination country are to be borne by the recipient.

4. Safe Transit Guarantee & Transit Damage Policy

We take full responsibility for ensuring your items reach you unbroken.

• In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or broken during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Kindly share clear unboxing photos/videos along with your Order ID at Support@thecobalthomes.com.
• Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement dispatch or issue store credit for the damaged item.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the fragile nature of handcrafted ceramic items and high transit risks:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor variations in motif design, color tone, or hand-painted brushwork. These natural variations are inherent to authentic handmade pottery.
• Returns/Replacements are strictly eligible only for items received in a damaged or defective state upon arrival.
